Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Crystal Of Dao’s website, mobile applications, or services (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Service Description
Crystal Of Dao offers:
- One-on-one divination consultations by registered Daoist masters
- Custom crystal bracelet creation based on each client’s divination results
- Delivery of crystal testing reports and consecration videos
All Services are provided online, with occasional in-temple rituals filmed for client review.
3. Account Registration
To request consultations or place orders, you must register an account with a valid email or WhatsApp number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Orders and Payment
- Place your order by selecting a consultation slot and completing the payment process.
- Payments are final once processed; we accept major credit cards and digital wallets.
- Prices and availability of services are subject to change without notice.
All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and third-party gateways.
5. Customization and Content
- Each bracelet is customized after a one-on-one divination session.
- We guarantee uniqueness but do not warrant specific mystical outcomes.
- Clients receive a crystal testing report and a recorded consecration video.
You retain no intellectual property rights in our proprietary designs, rituals, or methodologies.
6. Cancellations
- Consultation appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the session.
- Custom bracelet orders are non-cancellable once the divination session is complete and production has begun.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our services are for spiritual and cultural enrichment only. We do not guarantee any particular result or benefit from consultations or bracelets.
Except where prohibited by law, Crystal Of Dao and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of our principal place of business.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
