Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Crystal Of Dao. Because each bracelet is custom-made following a one-on-one divination session and comes with a lab report and consecration video, we only offer refunds or exchanges for quality issues or shipping errors. Personal preference or fit issues are not eligible for return or refund.
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
- Product differs significantly from the description on your order
- Damage or loss incurred during shipping
- Obvious defects in the crystal (cracks, inclusions beyond normal)
To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number, photos of the issue, and the consecration video link.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Bracelets that have been worn, adjusted, or altered in any way
- Custom engraving, color schemes, or other personalized details
- Minor surface marks or color variations due to natural crystal characteristics
- Opened packaging that cannot be returned to its original state

- We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging
- We cover return shipping for our error or quality defects; otherwise, shipping is at your expense
- Inspection and resolution
- We inspect returns within 3 business days and notify you of approval or denial
- Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly
4. Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing delays or holidays may extend this period by a few days.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are limited to the same style and price. To select a different style, please request a refund first and then place a new order.
